Operating the system

The operating of the system is almost driver free, as the unit will automatically activate once the vehicle is in Reverse Model / Gear

As the vehicle reverses, you will see and hear warnings via the in-cab screen and with the lighting system above, changing from Green/Amber and Red as the vehicle gets closer to an obstruction, until the vehicle will automatically engages the Service Brake, bringing the vehicle to a controlled stop before colliding with the obstacle.

If you need to override the system for any reason you can do:- First you should always check the rear area to confirm visually its clear, then and only then press the button at the top of the screen. This will dis-engage the system, after 30 seconds the system will self-activate once again. The system is designed to self-engage without any interaction or aid of the driver.

Please Note, The Driver / Operator must always be in control of the vehicle and should be aware of their surroundings at all time.
